This pair of chocolates was quite good. Caramel with Marshmallow. Kind of like Sees Scotchmallow candy which is one of my favorites. One is covered in milk chocolate, the other in dark chocolate. Though if I were to compare these to See's version, I think I prefer the See's. The chocolate coating is a bit thinner and easier to deal with. But still...very nice marks on this pair.

Almonds with dark chocolate

This one, as you can probably guess, is almonds covered in dark chocolate. What's not to like?

I'm going to have to label these as duds. The Red one was a cherry in a bunch of runny liquid, and generally, I don't like my candies to drip all over me. The flavor wasn't bad, but if you eat this onem do yourself a favor and pop the whole thing in your mouth...and make sure you like cherries. The one on the right, I really couldn't make out. It tasted like sugar paste. It was white on the inside. Not a very mature flavor at all. I'm not impressed.

Did I really eat this many pieces of candy today? It's no wonder I feel ill.

Orange sherbert

The welcome gift for all new hires at my company is a 2 layer box of chocolates
 from Knudsens, whom I was not even aware made chocolates. So as I've been munching on layer 1, it occurred to me that I should document what the different flavors are for all new incoming employeees, thereby saving them from an unpleasant surprise, and of course, to make sure that I don't end up giving away any of my favorites.

So this is day 1 of candy documentation.

This one was Orange Sherbert. Milk chocolate outside, and shaped like a peanut. Very interesting. And it's not sorbert either. This is definitely sherbert.
